🕒 Arrival and Departure

Arrival: from 4:30 pm
Departure: by 9:30 a.m.

To ensure we can hand over the house freshly cleaned and prepared, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding these times. Before your departure, we would appreciate it if you could:
• Unload the dishwasher
• Dispose of the rubbish in the garage

🚪 Garage

To the right of the garage door is a key for opening it:

Turn slightly to the right to open
To close, turn briefly to the right again or use the button in the garage.

Here you can also store skis, ski boots or bicycles.

🔌 Electric car charging station

An electric vehicle charging station is available for guests with electric vehicles.

Our wallbox makes charging your electric car completely straightforward:

Route the charging cable through the "cat flap" to the outside.
Connect the car to the wallbox – a QR code appears on the display.
Visit the website – you can also see the prices there.
Press – the charging process starts

After charging:

Feed the charging cable through the "cat flap" to the inside and hang it up.

Download receipts for the loading process:

You can download your charging receipts yourself by scanning the QR code again and tapping "Switch to receipts".
Here, the corresponding receipt can be searched for and downloaded using the location or the last digits of the credit card used.

♻️ Waste disposal

There are plenty of parking spaces available in front of the house – 4 below and 5 above.
Please park as close together as possible so that all guests can find a comfortable space.

For electric cars, there is an electric vehicle charging station in the cabin at the top.
Further information can be found under “E-car charging station”.

🔌 E-bike shop

Due to the risk of fire, we ask you not to store e-bike batteries in your apartment.
