Our chalet is very lovingly furnished and has two apartments (approx. 100 sq m), each designed for 2 to 6 people . The Chiemsee apartment is located on the ground floor and the Winklmoos apartment on the upper floor.

Both holiday apartments each feature:

• 3 quaint and cozy bedrooms with double beds (180*200 cm)

• 2 dreamlike bathrooms with rain showers

• A very cozy, large living-dining room (32 sqm), with a comfy sofa, 49-inch curved TV and a large dining table.

• an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and head-free extractor hood

• A beautiful south-facing terrace or balcony with fantastic mountain views, inviting you to linger and relax.

• Wi-Fi in all rooms

In our exclusive chalet, you'll immediately feel at home and forget the stresses of everyday life. The garage offers ample space for storing your ski equipment. Plenty of parking spaces are also available. Please understand that smoking is prohibited in our allergy-friendly holiday home. This also means that pets are not allowed.
